Strategy Phase: Answering the Community's Needs
Before we wrote a single line of copy or designed a single element, we focused on the core problem: What does the Casper, WY audience truly need? Our research and planning led us to a few key insights:
Local Information is Scattered: Essential information like events listings, travel updates (flights), and weather forecasts requires checking multiple sources. Our goal was to centralize this in one weekly email.
